Institute for Health Transformation All Members Survey 2024
We would like to invite you to take part in our 2024 All Members Survey. The information generated from the Survey is critical for our planning over the next 12 months.
The survey is anonymous, and individuals will not be identified through data analysis. Any reporting that follows will be presented in aggregate form only. A summary of findings from the Survey will be made available to all members.
There are approximately 35-40 questions (depending on relevance), most of which require quick multiple-choice answers. The survey will take approximately 5-8 minutes to complete.
