Brydie Nielson is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with a passion for health promotion, science communication and knowledge translation.

Brydie comes to IHT from Orygen, Australia’s centre of excellence in youth mental health. During her time at Orygen, Brydie was responsible for the organisation’s digital marketing and communications, as well as creating content to promote new Orygen research and to support study recruitment.

Prior to Orygen, Brydie worked as a research assistant in Curtin University’s School of Public Health while she completed a Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion.

If Brydie’s face or name looks familiar, that’s because another lifetime ago she worked at Deakin as a HR Adviser in the payroll and superannuation team!
