Microsoft Teams training
We’re pleased to present two virtual one-hour workshops for increasing proficiency in Microsoft Teams, given this is now used so widely across Deakin. If you missed the beginner’s session, you can watch the recording here. The intermediate session will be held this Friday 3 December, 10am – 11am The intermediate course is designed to provide insights into Teams and how to best manage the application. This includes understanding the capabilities of teams and channels, managing users and access, app integration, customising the tool bar with apps, creating a team, shortcuts, adding forms, and SharePoint integration. While we’re disappointed not to be able to meet face-to-face as a group, we’ve managed to secure a great guest speaker for December’s All Members Day. Dr Zoe Wainer (pictured) is the Deputy Secretary, Public Health at Victorian Department of Health and has a strong history of leadership in the hospital and health care industry. Zoe has particular expertise in value-based health care, clinical research, public health and strategic planning. She will be providing an overview on the opportunities and challenges for health in the coming year(s), and the Department’s priorities post- pandemic, with a focus on reform and health equity.
